NPower Batch C: What It Takes To Become A Successful NPower Volunteer

In previous NPower recruitment exercise, successfully selected NPower volunteers were to pass through all the eight (8) phases of the NPower recruitment process listed below. So also before one can be said to be successful in the NPower recruitment exercise for 2020, they will probably pass through the following phases:

A) Complete online registration

B) BVN Validation

C) Online assessment test

D) Device selection

E) Preselection

F) Physical verification

G) Selection and deployment

Let us briefly explain the stages to know what they actually are and what is expected at every phase.

1. Completed Online Registration: I believe that you must have completed your online registration. If you have not, the Federal Government has postponed the NPower registration exercise to accommodate those who are yet to apply.

2. BVN Validation: this is very important checking to see if your BVN matches your bank details.

3. NPower Online Assessment Test: NPower do conduct online aptitude test for all its applicant. As soon as they finalize the registration processes, the next stage would be the test.

4. NPower Device Selection: This is the fourth stage which is the normal device selection.

5. NPower Pre-selection: The NPower device selection would immediately be followed by preselection which will bring you closer to the final stage.

6. Physical Verification: In this stage, your fitness as well as your academic credentials will be screened.

7. Selection: At this stage, you have emerged successful for NPower posting.

8. Deployment: When you get posted by NPower only then will you start to benefit from the NPower scheme.

You should be careful at every stage. This year's experience is a little different from what we have been having other years because of the number of applications received.
