N-Power: Wema Bank, Government Address N-Power Beneficiaries' Payment Issue

Confusion among N-Power beneficiaries as Wema Bank fails to make June payment. The N-Power beneficiaries using Wema Bank have not received their entitlement for the month of june while other N-Power beneficiaries using other banks have received their payment. Despite complaints from the N-Power beneficiaries, nothing have been done to settle this payment issue.
Both Wema Bank and the N-Power handlers are shifting responsibility to each other. While N-Power, which is under the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, refered the unpaid N-Power beneficiaries to Wema Bank, the lender said it has not received N-Power funds from the government run social investment programme.
This has left the N-Power beneficiaries in a confused state as they do not know who is to blame for the delay and reason for the delay as other banks have already disbursed N-Power funds to N-Power beneficiaries using their bank account. The only N-Power beneficiaries left to be paid are the Wema Bank account holders.
Wema Bank told the unpaid N-Power beneficiaries to contact their "employer" as "the funds are not with us at the bank.". In a response to one of the enquiries made by a beneficiary of N-Power, the handlers of the social intervention programme said their "complaint has been made to the appropriate authority. Be patient, payment would be made soon."
But no payment has been made. During an interview with one of the N-Power beneficiaries using Wema Bank, Bright Isaiah told said that, "We have not been paid our June stipend, but they paid other banks."
He added that, "When we found out that we have not been paid, N-Power told us to go to Wema Bank."
However, Wema Bank told Isaiah's colleague who reached out to the financial institution 'that the government have not disbursed fund to them to pay us'.
"So what we did was, we copied the response of Wema Bank to N-Power. Since then, we have not gotten any response from N-Power."
