N-Power Batch C: How To Fix "Account Not Found" Issues
The N-Power/NASIMS portal will not allow an N-Power Batch C applicant to successfully login if his or her email address is not the one the N-Power Batch C applicant used to sign up for the account during the N-Power registration.
For this reason all N-Power Batch C applicants have been advised to only make use of the email address that the N-Power Batch C applicant used for the ‘one time registration’ during the N-Power Batch C registration.
When an N-Power Batch C applicant gets a prompt on the N-Power portal
like "Account Not Found" it simply means that the N-Power Batch C applicant is using a wrong email address, not recognised by the NASIMS/N-Power server and database.
In that scenario an N-Power Batch C applicant needs to double check to see if he or she is using the correct email address used previously for the N-Power registration.
