Npower: How To Fix "No Account Information" Issue On Npower NASIMS Portal

If you are an Npower Batch C applicant and you have noticed that on login into the Npower NASIMS portal, you could no longer find your account details, instead on the account field it is displaying "no account information".

Please if you are having this issue simply input your account details and everything will be okay. If the issue continues, simply log out and login again and everything on the Npower NASIMS portal will normalize.

Should the issue continues to display "no account information" then you should not worry as this is from NASIMS server and will not affect an Npower applicant's deployment process.

The only information an Npower Batch C applicant should not tamper with is his or her names, date of birth, state of origin and local government area because those informations are tied to your BVN which might affect your payment and other processes.

In addition to this, if you are also seeing the "NO BVN DATA or INVALID BVN" being displayed on the Npower NASIMS portal, please ignore and disregard this as this issue is from NASIMS and it will also not affect your physical verification/deployment process.

Recently Npower Batch C applicants have been receiving the profile update message on their Npower NASIMS portal.
