N-Power: How To Fix Unable To Retrieve Physical Verification Centre Issue After Using USSD

If an N-Power Batch C applicant is having the unable to retrieve physical verification Centre after using the USSD CODE *45665#, the N-Power Batch C applicant should simply send an email in the following format below to Npower NASIMS, please note, complain email should be brief and straight to the point.


1) State the subject of the issue, that is the subject should be : Unable To Retrieve Physical Verification Centre

2) State your names, NPower Reference ID and email used for N-Power registration

3) State your Npower category

4) State your local government area of residence and state of residence

5) Attach the image prompt to the email

6) Send all of the above to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng
