Npower: How To Fix Date Of Birth Mismatch When Downloading PPA Letter

Please if you are an Npower Batch C applicant and you are experiencing the date of birth does not match BVN details when trying to download your Npower PPA letter, simply dial the N-Power USSD code *45665# to check your N-Power physical verification center.

All BVN had been validated from the onset, without BVN validation an N-Power Batch C applicant will not be able to progress pass the test stage and shortlising stage.

If you are experiencing date of birth mismatch with BVN details just ignore and use the USSD code to check for your physical verification center, the N-Power physical verification exercise will last for 14 working days, please note, Saturdays and Sundays are not included.

All documents uploaded to the Npower NASIMS portal in addition to the Npower reference number, valid ID and academic credentials are to be made ready on site for sighting by the Npower physical verification officers.
