How To Fix "No Action Taken" Issue On Npower NASIMS Payroll Status

If your payroll status changed from processing to failed and the reason was "no action taken" this simply means that your Npower NASIMS profile names do not match the names on your account and BVN, the "no action taken" prompt appears on your payroll tab because the payment system could not identify the exact owner of the account due to name mismatch.

In order to quickly fix this issue, the concerned Npower Batch C Volunteer should simply send his or her N-Power ID, and correct Npower NASIMS profile names, correct account names (and account number if necessary although this is not needed if your account number is correct) and BVN names to support.nasims@nasims.gov.ng.
