Npower: How To Fix "Invalid Password" Issues When Logging Into NASIMS
If you are an Npower Batch C2 volunteers and you have been shortlisted, but you have been trying to gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard but it keeps saying invalid password, if after attempting to change the password and you expected a password reset into your in-box but it did not arrive, try refreshing your mail box or try restarting your phone.
If after carrying out the above task you did not receive the password reset link, just keep trying with your previous password until you be gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard.
Alternatively you are expected to receive a direct message from Npower NASIMS into your in-box or sms, directing you on how to carry out the online finger print verification process, this email or SMS contains a link which takes you directly to the fingerprint capture page, instead of having to login into Npower NASIMS portal.
As said earlier during periods as this, expect certain error messages due to network issues, when attempting to gain access to the Npower NASIMS dashboard.
