Npower: How To Fix "Transaction Not Successful" Issue On NASIMS Portal
If you have not been paid November stipend due to "transaction not successful" appearing on your payroll tab, it simply means that you were paid November stipend but it was reversed due to network issue during payment causing you not to be paid.
Please if you have not been paid your November stipend because of "transaction not successful" issue please be rest assured you will be paid your November stipend once December stipend commences.
Most times network issues might come into play during payment of stipend from the Nigeria Interbank Settlement Scheme and this would lead to payment issues such as transaction not successful during the process of being credited.
If you were paid previously and you are having the "transaction not successful" issue please exercise patience as you will be paid when the next payment starts, December payment will start soon, and all outstanding payments will be made during this period.
