Npower: All Failed Payment Will Be Paid As Backlog When Reinitiation Commences
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were paid for other months but your December and other payments have the "failed" status, please your outstanding payments will be paid, as backlog, when payment is reactivated.
The payment process is automated and once the payment is restarted or reinitiated you will be paid, as long as you were paid for previous months, you will be paid, Npower normally have days for backlog payments, and once it commences all Npower Batch C Volunteers will be communicated.
Failed payment simply means that your account was credited but due to network issues the payment process was hampered, since their are lots of Npower Batch C Volunteers being credited at once, the process has to filter out Npower Batch C Volunteers that have not been paid and credit them, this is a process that has to be strictly controlled in order to avoid paying Npower Batch C Volunteers without issues twice, hence the delay in payment.
Please if you were previously paid and your recent payment says "failed" or other reasons, please do not try to alter your account details nor go to the bank to adjust your BVN, you will only complicate issues, just exercise patience and keep checking your Npower NASIMS dashboard and account balance for noticable changes.
