Npower: How To Fix "Connection Error Try Again" Issue When Trying To Submit Biometric Fingerprint Enrollment Capture
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you recently completed your fingerprint capture but whenever you attempt to submit the captured fingerprint you keep receiving the message "Connection Error Try Again" it simply means there is INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, that is a technical error with the Npower NASIMS biometrics client fingerprint server.
The simple solution to this issue is to ensure that the cybercafe has a strong internet network signal strength and a high broadband preferably a wireless internet network, alternatively the Npower Batch C Volunteer should just wait a while during off peak periods and repeat the entire process again. It is just a technical error.
