Npower: What To Do If You Are Having Failed December Stipend Due To "Transfer Not Successful" On Your Npower NASIMS Dashboard Payroll Status

If you are yet to receive your December payment as a result of "transfer not successful" issue on your Npower NASIMS dashboard on your payment status or payroll history, then this is a network issue, you were credited but the payment failed to enter into your bank account, please at this juncture Npower Batch C Volunteers should know that their are periods for payment reinitiation, all failed December payment will be reinitiated and paid to Npower Batch C Volunteers as backlogs.

What an Npower Batch C Volunteer should do is to exercise patience and keep monitoring his or her payroll status for changes, please do not send email or call the Npower customer service, if you were paid for September, once you have been paid previously especially for September you will definitely be paid.

The January and February stipend will be paid in the coming days, all Npower Batch C Volunteers have been advised to continue to attend their places of primary assignment despite this because they will eventually be paid their stipend.

The delay of January and February stipend is as a result of technical glitches in the Npower NASIMS payment system, the January and February stipend processing is at its concluding stage and once the process is concluded it will be communicated through the Npower NASIMS dashboard on the payroll status, before the month runs out Npower Batch C Volunteers should start seeing changes on their Npower NASIMS portal, the sequence is from pending to processing to paid.
