Npower: What To Do If You Are Yet To Receive December Stipend

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have not been paid for December here are the reasons why:


1) Network glitch during payment

2) Payment transaction failed

3) Change of Name for married Npower Batch C Volunteers


If there was a network glitch when you were about to be paid, it will prevent you from being credited, hence the failed December payment.

If the payment transaction failed due to the Npower Batch C Volunteers' bank having technical issues you will not be credited and the payment will not go through.

If you were newly wedded and you changed all your account names including your BVN names, this would become names mismatch because your Npower NASIMS profile names will be different from your account names and BVN names, and this will cause payment failed issues.

For issues number 1 and 2 once payment is reinitiated you will be paid, but for number 3 issue above, please send your Npower ID and your correct BVN names, and account names to support.nasims@nasims.gov.ng or call 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189.
