Npower: What To Do If Your Dashboard Erroneously Displayed That September, November And December Stipend Were Paid

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were paid for only October and your September, November and December payroll status says you were paid whereas you were not paid, please print your payroll history and take a copy to your bank to complain to the bank officials, if after checking your bank account the bank official observed that truly payment was not made for September, November and December, then all you have to do is to contact Npower NASIMS customer service agent on the following numbers below:

If after contacting the Npower NASIMS customer agent your issue was not treated then wait for the next payment, all payment issues will be paid as backlog payments, when payment is reinitiated, while the recent months will be paid normally when payment commences.
