NEXIT: What to do if you are having login issues with your Npower NEXIT training soft loan business plan

If you participated in the Npower NEXIT training soft loan program and you are having issues login into the business plan online that is the blinkplan.biz app, please contact Npower customer service agent on 

092203102 or 018888148 and forward your login details.

It has been observed that some Npower volunteers are still having issues login into their Npower NEXIT training online business plan it keeps returning the error highlighted in pink displaying "This user doesn't exist in the database. Please create an account to continue", please if you are repeatedly having this issue please contact Npower customer service agent.

To login into the blinkplan.biz app always ensure to use the email address you used for your Npower registration and your password is the first two letters of your surname, the first letter in capital then @ then with the last three digits of your phone number, say your names are John Doe, and Doe is your surname or last name and your phone number is 080xxxxx613 then your password is Do@613, you can toggle the names Jo@613 if the first password could not gain access.
