Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your payment status shows 'paid' since last year September and you have received few or no payments at all then the issue is from your bank, kindly go to your bank and check if your account has been restricted, alternatively Npower have instructed Npower Batch C Volunteers with this issue to print out their bank account statements and scan it and send it to their Instagram page, see question and answer between an Npower Batch C Volunteer and Npower;
