The Npower January payment will be made when your payment status changes from "processing" to "paid", Npower batch c stream 1 volunteers have been advised to constantly monitor the progress of their payment using their NASIMS payment status history tab, once your payment status changes from processing to paid then your bank account will be credited in a couple of minutes or in few hours.
If after your payment status changes from processing to paid and you did not receive any payment into your bank account, please go to your bank and complain to your bank customer care service representative, if after running a scan on your bank account by the bank customer care agent and it was observed that no payment was made to your account, then what you need to do is to contact Npower customer service agent on 018888148 and send in your Npower ID for verification after you must have tendered your complain to the Npower customer service agent.
Alternatively you can request for your bank account statement from your bank, then scan it and send it to Npower support email at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or send a scanned copy of the bank statement of account to Npower Instagram handle at Npower_ng and please do not forget to also send your Npower ID or your scanned NASIMS profile capturing all your details including your account details.
