Recently the payment status of Npower Batch C Volunteers particularly the January payment changed to "pending" but while other Npower Batch C Volunteers are excited about this situation, some Npower Batch C Volunteers are yet to see the changes on their payment status, infact an Npower Batch C Volunteer said that "My dashboard is not showing January payment why?"
Please if you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and the January payment status is yet to reflect on your payment history on your NASIMS profile please contact 092203102, 018888148 the Npower customer service agent and go straight to the point and do not forget to share your Npower ID to the Npower customer service agent.
Npower management have given the go ahead that if an Npower Batch C Volunteer is experiencing the issue above he or she should kindly contact the Npower customer service agent, see statement below;
