What to do if the biometrics was completed on your behalf - Npower

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been demanding for clarification about their biometrics, infact an Npower Batch C Volunteer said her biometrics was filled online without her knowledge and she cannot edit her account number and she cannot print out the acceptance letter.

Please if your biometrics was completed without your knowledge it simply means a third party has gained access into your NASIMS profile, please call Npower customer care agent on 092203102 or 018888148 and report the issue, the account number cannot be edited except from the backend, as regards printing the acceptance letter it is a network glitch, keep trying and it will finally be downloaded.

Once your account details are inputted it is locked and cannot be edited for security reasons, it can only be edited by Npower from the back end.
