Biometrics: Refresh your biometrics app and try again later, this is due to poor internet connection - Npower

According to Npower, if you are having the "error occured" issue when completing your biometrics please you are to refresh your biometrics and try again later.



As a result of network issues and internet traffic congestion due to the high volume of Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers login into the Npower NASIMS biometrics client sever simultaneously, quite a handful of Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers are encountering challenges when completing their biometrics.

In order to fix this "error occured" issue, Npower have advised Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers to refresh their biometric application and try again later as the error message is as a result of internet technical glitch. 

The error message should be cleared when the biometrics app is refreshed and the biometrics is completed later when the internet traffic congestion have eased a bit.
