How to fix "failed" payment issues on nasims

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and you were paid for other months but recently you observed that your payroll payment status is displaying "failed", and the reason for this "failed" payment on your status displays either of the following errors below:


1) "transfer_ unsuccessful"

2) "INVALID ACCOUNT"

3) "transaction does not exists"

4) "destination does not exists"

5) "no action taken"

6) "transaction failed"

7) "failed to deliver to destination"

8) "Transfer_not_sucessful"


If the reason was due to the above or any other error messages displayed on the payment status, please note, your account is okay, the reason for the "failed" payment was due to network challenges from the paying bank's end or from your bank server, nonetheless if this failed payment status issue occurs please follow the procedures below to fix this "failed" payment issue:


HOW TO FIX "FAILED" PAYMENT ISSUE VIA INSTAGRAM 


If you do not have the Instagram application follow the steps below to download the Instagram application from Google play store:


1) Click on the Google play store application.


2) Once the Google play store application opens you can either use the 🔍 search field, and type "Instagram" or scroll through the left under "Popular apps" and you will see "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*".


3) Click on the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*", click on install


4) Wait for the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*" to install then click on "open"


5) Once it opens sign up using your phone number or email address and generate a password, you might be required to check your email address for the confirmation link, once the confirmation link is sent, click on it to redirect you back to the "Instagram Lite app".


6) Sign in or login whichever the case may be.


7) When you login in you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.


8) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "failed payment issue", attach your "failed" payment status from nasims, and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".


Once you lodge your complain it is received, and do not send another, your case will be filed and once payment is re-initiated you will be paid and the stipend credited into your bank account this time.
