How to fix "February payment not reflecting on nasims payroll tab" issue

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and after clicking your payroll status your payment status did not display the month of February at all, you were paid for September, October, November, December and January, but you observed that your February payment status did not reflect at all on your nasims payroll payment status, (see attached screenshot below) and due to this issue you have not been paid, although this might be a network system error from Npower, but nonetheless the Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer should adopt the procedures below to fix this issue.


1) Visit nasims.gov.ng 


2) Click on "payroll" tab it will take you to your payment status.


3) Screenshot your payroll payment status, it will be stored automatically in your picture gallery.




If you do not have the Instagram application download the Instagram application from Google play store:


A) Click on the Google play store application.


B) Once the Google play store application opens you can either use the 🔍 search field, and type "Instagram" or scroll through the left under "Popular apps" and you will see "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*".


C) Click on the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*", click on install


D) Wait for the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*" to install then click on "open"


E) Once it opens sign up using your phone number or email address and generate a password, you might be required to check your email address for the confirmation link, once the confirmation link is sent, click on it to redirect you back to the "Instagram Lite app".


F) Sign in or login whichever the case may be.


G) When you login in you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.


H) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "February payment not reflecting on payroll payment status and I have not been paid", attach the screenshot of your payroll payment status that was earlier stored at the picture gallery and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".


Once sent please do not send another message, your complain has been received and is being processed by Npower, once treated you will be notified through Instagram or your email, always check your email inbox and Instagram notifications for feedback from Npower.
