How to fix Npower january payment status showing "paid" but you did not receive the stipend into your bank account

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and on checking your January payment status you noticed that it displayed 'paid' but you have not received credit alert into your bank account, this is what to do:


1) Use your banking app to check your account balance if there was a change in your balance, you can check your credit history to see if you received any payment from Npower, credit payments are mostly highlighted in green.


2) Visit your bank customer care service representative to check if payment was made into your account, or ask if there was any restrictions placed on your bank account recently, if payment was observed to be made into your account or payment was not made but your payment status still displays "paid", quickly print out your bank account statement and your NASIMS payment status and forward to Npower Instagram on Npower_ng or to nasims Instagram page at nasims.ng


3) Call Npower customer service agent and explain that your January payment status shows "paid" but you have not received payment and you had gone to the bank and it was confirmed that the stipend did not arrive into your bank account, the Npower customer service agent phone numbers are 092203102 or 018888148 do not forget to forward your Npower ID.


4) Try sending an email to  support.npower@nasims.gov.ng with respect to the January payment issue attaching your supporting documents which is your nasims payment status and your bank statement of account details and send your Npower ID as well.


If after completing the above task and yet you have not been paid just exercise patience as your issue had already been fixed, once payment is re-initiated for backlogs you will be credited.
