How to fix "processing" payment issue on nasims
If your payment status is showing "processing" for a particular month of payment for a very long time say, for weeks your payment status keeps displaying "processing" and it is taking longer than normal to change to "paid", this normally occurs when there is a bottle neck on the payment server gateway, preventing the smooth delivery of stipend to the receiving bank, please follow the basic simple steps below to fix this "Processing" payment issue:
HOW TO FIX "PROCESSING" PAYMENT ISSUE
1) The Npower batch c volunteer should wait for the "processing" payment to change to "paid".
2) If the payment status eventually becomes "paid" then you have been credited, if the payment status changes to "paid" and you are not credited, kindly proceed to your bank and request for your bank statement of account, scan it together with your payment status page on nasims, your complain should be simple, just type "paid but not credited" include your Npower ID and send it via Instagram to Npower_ng.
3) The Npower batch c volunteer have to wait for the "Processing" payment status to become "failed" payment status, once the "payment" status becomes "failed", screenshot your payment status history from nasims and lodge your complain regarding the issue, your complain should be simple and straight to point, simply say "failed payment issue" then type your Npower ID and attach the screenshot of your payment status capturing the "failed" payment and send to Npower_ng via Instagram app.
If you do not have the Instagram application follow the steps below to download the Instagram application from Google play store:
1) Click on the Google play store application.
2) Once the Google play store application opens you can either use the 🔍 search field, and type "Instagram" or scroll through the left under "Popular apps" and you will see "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*".
3) Click on the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*", click on install
4) Wait for the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*" to install then click on "open"
5) Once it opens sign up using your phone number or email address and generate a password, you might be required to check your email address for the confirmation link, once the confirmation link is sent, click on it to redirect you back to the "Instagram Lite app".
6) Sign in or login whichever the case may be.
7) When you login in you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.
8) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "processing payment issue", attach your payment status from nasims, and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".
Once you lodge your complain it is received, and do not send another, your case will be filed and once payment is re-initiated you will be paid and the stipend credited into your bank account this time.
