How to fix "processing" payment issues on nasims

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and after clicking your payroll status your payment status displays "processing" for an affected month either January or February, please follow the steps and tips below to fix your "processing" payment issue on nasims


HOW TO FIX "PROCESSING" PAYMENT ISSUES ON NASIMS


1) Visit nasims.gov.ng 


2) Click on "payroll" tab it will take you to your payment status


3) If your payment status is "processing" you have to keep monitoring it until it becomes "failed".


4) Once it becomes "failed" follow the next steps below.


If you do not have the Instagram application download the Instagram application from Google play store:


A) Click on the Google play store application.


B) Once the Google play store application opens you can either use the 🔍 search field, and type "Instagram" or scroll through the left under "Popular apps" and you will see "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*".


C) Click on the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*", click on install


D) Wait for the "Instagram Lite: Save Data 4.2*" to install then click on "open"


E) Once it opens sign up using your phone number or email address and generate a password, you might be required to check your email address for the confirmation link, once the confirmation link is sent, click on it to redirect you back to the "Instagram Lite app".


F) Sign in or login whichever the case may be.


G) When you login in you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.


H) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose and lodge a complaint, a brief message, simply say "processing to failed payment issue", attach your "failed" payment status from nasims, and type your Npower verification ID and click on "send".

Your complaint will be received and worked on, and payment will be re-initiated and you be paid.


Please note, there is nothing that can be done by Npower, when your payment status is under "processing" infact Npower has no control over your payment once it is under "processing", it has to become "failed" before your payment issue is treated and when payment restarts your stipend for the affected month will be credited into your bank account.
