Npower Nexit Training: We apologise for the delay in the commencement of the NEXIT Training - Npower

Npower have apologized for the delay in the commencement of the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training, this statement was made in response to an Npower volunteer's question regarding the commencement of the Npower NEXIT training and the soft loan disbursement, see statement below;

We apologise for the delay in the commencement of the NEXIT Training, please be patient as we are putting things in place for a successful training."

According to Npower, things are being put in place to make sure that the Npower Nexit training is conducted successfully, how long this will take depends on when the NEXIT training list for the next batch will be ready, once the Npower NEXIT training list for the next batch is ready then the next batch of the Npower NEXIT training will start.

The soft loan disbursement cannot commence until the second batch of the Npower NEXIT training has been completed and all business plans submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria, once all business plans of all batches are submitted to the Central Bank of Nigeria, then the Central Bank of Nigeria will start the soft loan disbursement process, once the soft loan disbursement process is complete then exited Npower volunteers will be contacted through NIRSAL Microfinance Bank if they qualify for the soft loan.

The soft loan will be repaid in 7 years and it is interest free, the soft loan amount given to the Npower volunteers will depend on the financial quotations captured in the business plan and will not exceed this amount.
