Documents Required For Npower Physical Verification Exercise

The Npower physical verification exercise is the second stage of the Npower screening process in which all original copies of all documents uploaded to the nasims self service portal are checked to determine if the documents uploaded are exactly the same as the documents presented by the Npower applicant, the Npower applicants will submit photocopies of all these documents uploaded to the nasims self service portal, these documents will be checked and photocopies collected by the Npower physical verification officers.

Although documents might vary from state to state but the following documents below are the basic documents to be presented by the Npower applicant during the Npower physical verification exercise, see list of documents below;



1) WAEC, OND, HND, BSC


2) VALID MEANS OF IDENTIFICATION; NATIONAL ID, VOTERS CARD, DRIVER'S LICENCE, BIO DATA PAGE OF INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT


3) NYSC CERTIFICATE OR EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE (FOR NPOWER GRADUATE CATEGORY)


4) UTILITY BILL; WASTE BILL, PHCN BILL ETC SHOWING ADDRESS OF NPOWER BATCH C STREAM 2 APPLICANTS 


5) BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR AGE DECLARATION


6) LASSRA CERTIFICATE (FOR LAGOS NPOWER APPLICANTS) OR CERTIFICATE OF RESIDENCY 


7) PASSPORT PICTURES IF NECESSARY


8) NASIMS PROFILE PAGE 


9) BVN PRINTOUT (OPTIONAL)


10) BIOMETRICS FINGER PRINT CAPTURED PAGE (OPTIONAL)


11) VERIFICATION PAGE SHOWING PHYSICAL VERIFICATION OR TEXT MESSAGE SHOWING PHYSICAL VERIFICATION INVITATION


(PLEASE NOTE, SOME STATES MIGHT NOT REQUIRE SOME OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS)
