What To Do If Your Npower ID Is Invalid At Your Physical Verification Venue

Npower applicants under the Npower stream 1 C1 batch that missed the previous Npower physical verification exercise, but on getting to their Npower physical verification venue and after entering the Npower ID at the physical verification venue it displays "Invalid ID", please if you are an Npower applicant under the Npower Batch C1 and you are experiencing this at your Npower physical verification venue, you are to do the following below.

1) The Npower applicant under the Npower batch C1 stream should exercise patience and wait until the Npower announces the modalities regarding the Npower Batch C1 stream physical verification exercise.

2) The Npower applicant under the Npower batch C1 stream experiencing the Npower ID invalid issue at his or her Npower physical verification venue should send his or her BVN to Npower's email address at socialmedia.npower@gmail.com
