1) Npower April stipend payment is ongoing

2) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with "processing" Npower payment status will be paid.

3) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with failed Npower April stipend should contact Npower twitter handle @npower_ng and forward Npower ID and complaint.

4) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with failed payment as a result of not attending place of primary assignment are to collect a signed and stamped attestation letter from their supervisors and forward attestation letter to Npower focal person and a copy to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

5) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiary with "paid" nasims payroll status but not credited should wait until his or her bank account is credited, if the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary's bank account is not credited, the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary should request for a bank account statement from his or her bank, attach this bank statement together with his or her complaint and Npower ID and send to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

6) All resolved Npower April stipend payment will be re-initiated and paid as backlog payment.
