All Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiaries having the following payment issues; transfer limit exceeded, names mismatch, paid but not credited, transfer unsuccessful, payment destination not found, wrong account number, invalid account details, destination bank not found, failed Npower stipend payment are to forward their Npower ID, complaint and payment status as it appears on their Npower portal to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng, payment issues that has to do with BVN, and other sensitive bank account details are to be sent through Npower email address at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng.
