According to Npower News September 4th 2022, Npower Batch C stream 1 paid their June stipend but it did not reflect on their Npower portal under their payroll payment status are to send a PDF copy of their bank statement of account capturing the affected month, screenshot of their payment status on their Npower portal and their complaint to Npower email address at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, complaint will be forwarded to Npower technical department in charge of payment issues, once the payment issue is verified by the Npower technical team that payment was actually made but it was not paid into the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary's bank account, then the failed Npower June stipend payment not reflecting on the Npower portal will be reinitiated and paid as backlog payments. All failed Npower September stipend, Npower October stipend, Npower November stipend, Npower December stipend, Npower January stipend, Npower February stipend, Npower March stipend, Npower April stipend, Npower May stipend, Npower June stipend will be reinitiated provided the Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiary sends his or her complaint, Npower ID and screenshot showing affected month to Npower email address at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng. Npower Batch C stream 1 July stipend and August stipend will be paid soon. Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries are to wait for official statement regarding their exit.

Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process will start soon, Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries are reminded to constantly check their Npower portal under their deployment page for updates on their deployment schedule and Npower ppa letter. Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries that have completed their manual deployment process are also advised to keep monitoring their Npower portal under their deployment tab on Npower nasims dashboard for updates regarding their deployment schedule. Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid their stipends a month after deployment.

Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries under the non graduate category will soon be deployed to their training centers, Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries under the non graduate category are implored to always check their Npower portal under the deployment page on nasims dashboard for updates regarding their training centers. 

Npower N-Build beneficiaries not paid their three months allowance and stipend are to send their Npower ID, training center names, state at which the training center is located, the local government area of the training center and complaint to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng for their payment issues to be resolved, all outstanding stipends will be reinitiated and paid as backlog payments to N-Build beneficiaries in due time.

Npower Batch C stream 2 applicants and Npower batch c stream 2 shortlisted candidates were not shortlisted as beneficiaries and will not be deployed, only Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries that passed the physical verification exercise will be deployed to their various places of primary assignment, Npower Batch C stream 2 applicants not shortlisted are to reapply for the next Npower registration when the Npower portal becomes active soon. Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiaries attempting to download their deployment letter on the Npower portal but it keeps on redirecting to a blank page on the Npower portal are to hold on until they are told to download their deployment letter, the Npower deployment letter also known as the Npower ppa letter will be made available on the Npower portal soon, once the deployment letter becomes available it will be communicated on the Npower portal under the deployment page and it will become downloadable.

Npower NEXIT training and Npower NEXIT soft loan disbursement will commence soon, delay in the commencement of the Npower NEXIT training is caused by the Npower NEXIT training list not received by the Npower NEXIT training coordinators, once the Npower NEXIT training list is sent by Npower to the Npower NEXIT training program coordinators nationwide then the Npower NEXIT training program for the second batch will begin.

Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B beneficiaries that did not qualify for the Npower NEXIT soft loan disbursement will not be given the soft loan, certain criteria will be used for processing and awarding the Npower NEXIT soft loan to Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B beneficiaries.
