What To Do If You See A New PPA On Your Npower Portal

Npower Beneficiaries under the Npower stream 2 batch c program that had already done their deployment manually earlier but on login into their Npower portal they observed that their place of primary assignment is different from their previous place of primary assignment done during the manual deployment process or any other deployment process, the Npower beneficiary should do the following below.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR PREVIOUS PLACE OF PRIMARY ASSIGNMENT IS DIFFERENT FROM YOUR CURRENT PLACE OF PRIMARY ASSIGNMENT ON YOUR NPOWER PORTAL

The Npower beneficiary should do the following below;

1) The Npower beneficiary should first login into the Npower portal using his or her Npower ID and password.

2) Once logged in, the Npower beneficiary should click on the deployment page to confirm his or her place of primary assignment, if the place of primary assignment did not change, then the Npower beneficiary should not progress to step 3, but if the Npower beneficiary's place of primary assignment changes from his or her previous place of primary assignment then the Npower beneficiary should proceed to step 3 below.

3) The Npower beneficiary on noticing that his or her place of primary assignment has changed should quickly click on download ppa letter and take the hard copy of the ppa letter to the current place of primary assignment on the deployment page of his or her Npower portal for signing as the current place of primary assignment is the valid place of primary assignment.

4) After the deployment letter has been signed by the ppa contact person, the deployment letter should be taken to the Npower state focal person for stamping and uploaded back to the Npower portal in order to complete the Npower deployment process.
