Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries can check the status of their payment by following the simple steps below;

1) The Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiary should login into the Npower login portal using his or her Npower ID and password.

2) After login into the Npower login portal the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary should click on the payroll tab at the header of the Npower login portal, the payroll tab is just before the test tab on the Npower login portal.

3) Once the payroll tab is clicked by the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary, a table is displayed.

4) The Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiary should check the column which displays "payment status" in order to check if payment has started, once payment is initiated the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary will first see "pending" then after few days the payment status will change to "processing" then finally it will change to "paid", in some cases the transaction might fail and once this happens the Npower Batch C stream 2 beneficiary should send his or her Npower ID, NIN and BVN to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or through direct message to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.
