New Year Message By The Minister In Charge Of Npower Dr. Betta Edu: Do Not Despair, Poor Nigerians Will Experience New Npower In 2024, Dr. Betta Edu The Minister In Charge Of Npower Tells the Poor And Vulnerable Nigerians.

The Minister in charge of Npower, Dr. Betta Edu has pledged a renewed vigour in her Ministry's efforts at pulling vulnerable Nigerian youths from the doldrums of scathing poverty in 2024 in line with President Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda's  commitment to eradicate poverty and reduce humanitarian challenges in Nigeria.

The Minister in charge of Npower Dr Betta Edu's pledge was contained in a new year message signed by the minister's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Rasheed Olanrewaju Zubair.

Dr Betta Edu the minister in charge of Npower, in the message urged Nigerians, especially the poor and vulnerable, not to despair, according to the Minster in charge of Npower, "this new year 2024 holds a great promise for Nigeria's economy under the great leadership of President, Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu who is irrevocably committed to rejuvenation of the economy"

Continuing, the Minister in charge of Npower said: "I do solemnly assure you that the economic rejuvenation of our country will positively reach the poor and vulnerable among us as President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has already given the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, the ministry in charge of the new Npower, the mandate and full backing to pull fifty million Nigerians out of poverty in the next forty one months in line with the Renewed Hope mandate and we have the unwavering drive to meet this target hundred percent"

According to the Minster in charge of Npower Dr Betta Edu,  the various social intervention schemes which also includes the new Npower, of the federal government of Nigeria being implemented by her Ministry have already started yielding positive results "as can be gleaned from a plethora of Npower batch c across the Federation testifying to a new lease of life and economic independence"

The Minister in charge of Npower further said "In no distant time from now, we will be rolling out various new programmes that will enable the ministry to meet up the set target, including, the new Npower, end hunger, Code Nigeria and many more others aimed at pulling Millions of Nigerian youths out of poverty. 

While describing the new year as "a glistering new page embossed with optimism and a new vista",  the Minister in charge of Npower said" on behalf of my  Ministry I wish Mr President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, our First Lady as well as all Nigerian youths octane peace, health, prosperity and progress in the new year as we all strive to build a better nation for all" the Minister in charge of Npower Dr. Betta Edu emphasized in the statement.
