To All Exiting N-Power Beneficiaries

RE: URGENT DATA COLLECTION ON EXITING BENEFICIARIES

Further to the efforts of government to collect and collate information on N-POWER Beneficiaries for other opportunities, the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has once again requested ALL exiting N-Power Beneficiaries  (Batches A & B) in the various categories to complete an important TEMPLATE.

The Template has been used to prepare the Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdSE_bJsMUR0EPgI8o_RwCFlo0UrgXhCK05ifasfRvR-dtbUg/viewform?usp=pp_url which ALL Beneficiaries in the various categories are expected to complete for further processing.  Completed Forms should be submitted online not later than midnight  on Saturday, 29th August, 2020.
