3 Reasons Why N-Power Batch C Will Be Strictly Monitored

The following below are reasons why N-Power Batch C applicants would be monitored:

1) The previous N-Power Batch A and B did not fully meet the objectives of the N-Power program, the objective of the program was to make at least 99.9% of the previous N-Power Batches A and B entrepreneurs, thereby fulfilling the objectives of lifting the youths out of poverty which the ministry did not fully realise according to statistics, only about 30% of the disengaged N-Power volunteers have become entrepreneurs, so the Ministry for Humanitarian Affairs do not want a repetition.

2) It was observed that absenteeism was pronounced in certain local government area and states and the ministry would not want a repetition of such which would undermine the objectives of the N-Power program, hence the need for N-Power independent monitors.

3) The N-Power independent monitors could act as a mediator between the N-Power focal persons and the N-Power Volunteers, the independent monitors could relay challenges faced by N-Power Volunteers to the N-Power focal persons who inturn passes the issue to the Ministry for Humanitarian Affairs, this was lacking in the previous N-Power Batches A and B program, a lot of N-Power Batch A and B Volunteers had issues but do not know who to run to, with the introduction of the independent monitoring these challenges would be rectified.
