N-Power Batch C: How To Fix " Fingerprint Reader Not Connected" Issue

Most N-Power Batch C applicants have recently been experiencing the " fingerprint reader not connected" issue whenever the N-Power Batch C applicant tries to carry out the fingerprint N-Power(NASIMS) biometric enrollment.

To Successfully rectify this problem, the N-Power Batch C applicant must:

1) Install the fingerprint software/driver, the N-Power Batch C applicant can download the driver for the fingerprint scanner only at https://nasimsbiometric.blob.core.windows.net/enrollment/Publish.htm

2) Ensure that the laptop or computer system runs on, 64 bit or 32 bit specifications.

3) Ensure that the hardware (digital persona 4500 scanner) is properly connected to the laptop/computer

Once an N-Power Batch C applicant follows the instructions above the issue will be rectified.
