Npower: Send Only Your Npower ID And Issue To NASIMS If All Details Are Correct
Please if you are having payment issues, please only send your Npower ID and your issue as subject of email to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, if all details are correct.
If your issue from your Npower payroll status is for example "no action taken" all you have to do is to make "no action taken" as title or subject of your email, and the body of your email should be your Npower ID, once Npower NASIMS receives your Npower ID and it is inputted in their database management system, it displays all other information about the N-Power Batch C Volunteer thereby saving you the stress of typing long messages when making your complains.
If there is a particular issue to be corrected say your account number or profile name, just send the correct account number and correct account profile names in addition to your Npower ID that's all, if all your details are correct and you are having payment issues, please only send your Npower ID and the subject of the email.
