What is an Npower Focal Person? An Npower Focal Person is a middleman between the Npower volunteers and the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs, State Npower Focal Persons relay issues, and challenges faced by Npower volunteers and conveys this issues directly to the Ministry for it to be resolved.
