How An Npower Volunteer Can Redeploy To A Closer Place Of Primary Assignment Within His Or Her State Of Residence
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your place of primary assignment is very far away from your place of residence or your house please and you have been making lots of expenses commuting between your Npower place of primary assignment and your place of residence, please follow the steps below for redeployment
1) The Npower volunteer that wants to redeploy should login into his or her Npower self-service portal and click the "deployment" tab.
2) The Npower volunteer should click the “redeployment” button.
3) The Npower volunteer should click on “see the available PPAs”.
4) The Npower volunteer should click on “apply for redeployment”
5) The Npower volunteer should provide the redeployment information required after clicking "apply for redeployment" tab.
6) The Npower volunteer should choose a preferred Place of Primary Assignment from the list displayed.
7) After picking the required place of primary assignment the Npower volunteer should click on "Submit Request" tab.
After the Npower volunteer have successfully completed the redeployment request, the Npower volunteer will be contacted within 2 days.
Should the N-Power volunteer is not contacted within 2 days, please he or she should contact the Npower customer care number on 018888148 and quickly press 1 after listening to the voice prompt and an Npower customer care representative will attend to the concerned Npower volunteer.
