Npower: What To Do If Payroll Status Changes From Processing To Failed
Please if you are an Npower Batch C volunteer and you were paid September, but you observed that on checking your payment status it has changed from processing to failed, please exercise patience as this will be reversed, it is a minor technical glitch, please do not attempt to alter your Npower NASIMS dashboard.
Failed status simply means you were being credited but the transaction failed, and the payment bounced, with time you will be credited, this is just a server error that took place when the Npower Batch C volunteer was being credited, if your payroll status is blank it is also as a result of technical glitch from NASIMS server.
As long as you were paid September and all your bank details corresponds with all the information on your NASIMS dashboard you will definitely be paid.
