Npower: How To Correct Wrong Bank Name On NASIMS Npower Portal

Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been observed to have inputted the wrong bank name on their account information in the NASIMS Npower portal, all informations are correct except the bank name.

Please if you have made this mistake either knowingly or unknowingly it will affect your payment, even if other details are correct, your bank name is also an important requirement for payment, some Npower Batch C Volunteers supplied say, Bank Name: Fidelity, but provided the account number of Access, please if you are noticed you made this mistake, simply send your correct bank name to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng together with your Npower ID, the subject of your email should be "Wrong Bank Name" then the body of your email should provide the correct bank name and your Npower ID, please avoid long stories when making your complain to NASIMS Npower management.

After sending your complain please do not repeat sending the same message over and over again, send your message only once, repeated message will delay the rectification process of your issue.
