Npower: How To Fix "Failed Transfer, Transaction Not Successful" Issues On NASIMS
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you were paid September stipend but currently your payments on your payroll tab is saying "failed transaction not successful" it simply means that you were credited but due to network issues the payment bounced and it was reversed.
Although you will still be paid, because your bank account is perfectly fine and okay and have no issues, alternatively if you are in a situation of doubt and you feel the issue is extremely crucial, please you can call Npower customer care service number 09220310 or 018888148.
Please when making your calls just go straight to the point avoid long stories, just tell the Npower customer service agent that you were not paid due to the reason stated on your payroll tab which is "transaction failed", also note that when making your calls the best period should be in the morning from 10am, any call put through after 2pm might not be attended to.
And always avoid long details and narratives when complaining, the Npower customer service agent attends to thousands of existing Npower Volunteers and even upcoming Npower volunteers, just imagine the workload, so please go straight to the point and always write down your Npower ID on a sheet of paper before making your call.
