Npower: How To Fix "Paid" Issue On Npower NASIMS Payment Status
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your payment status from September to December says "paid" but you have not received payment, please proceed to your financial institution which is your bank and lodge your complain to them.
Alternatively you can use your banking mobile app to actually check your credit account balance to see if any payment was made previously by Npower which you were not aware of, some Npower Batch C Volunteers were paid but did not receive credit alert, but on checking their account balance using either the bank USSD Code or their banking app, it was realized that the money was already there.
If after performing the above task and it was obvious that you have not yet been paid despite the "paid" payment status on your Npower NASIMS dashboard, then quickly contact Npower dedicated customer service number 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189 to resolve the issue.
