Npower: What Names Mismatch Really Means Under Payroll Status And How To Fix It

If you were flagged for payment issues as a result of names mismatch, it simply means that at least two of your names (middle compulsory) did not match and you were not paid your Npower stipend.

Please for you to be paid your stipend under the names mismatch issue, at least two of your names must match including your middle name, what do I mean by this, say, your names are Eze Bernard Ezenwa (Bernard is the middle name which is compulsory) on your NASIMS dashboard and on your account names your names are Ezenwa Bernard Eze, you will definitely be paid, but if your NASIMS name is Eze Bernard Ezenwa and your account name is Eze Ezenwa or Ezenwa Eze, you will not be paid because the middle name is missing.

Once at least two of your names are correct in addition to your account details you will definitely be paid, if you were paid previously but your payroll status is saying names mismatch you will still be paid, but if you have not been paid at all, then this is a cause for concern, simply contact NASIMS on support.npower@nasims.gov.ng sending your Npower ID and correct NASIMS names and account names and account number to effect your payment.
