Npower Biometrics: How To Fix "Some Error Occurs, Please Try Again" Issue When Trying To Submit Your Biometrics

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you are experiencing difficulties submitting your biometrics fingerprint enrollment because it keeps saying "Some Error Occurs, Please Try Again" this is what to do.

If the Npower NASIMS biometric client server software shows the error message after you were asked to place one of your thumb finger or index finger for the final submission, here is what to do to correct the error message:


1) The Npower Batch C volunteer should simply press the windows key on his or her keyboard

2) This will bring up the fingerprint application icon

3) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should click on the finger print application icon 

4) The Npower Batch C Volunteer will observe that two tabs are open

5) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should please close one of the tabs, then go back to the previous biometric window

6) Then submit, if the above process is followed strictly the completed biometrics fingerprint enrollment should be able to submit perfectly without issues.
