Npower: How Names Mismatch Can Affect Your September Till Date

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have not been paid a dime since the beginning of the Npower Batch C program it simply means that your Npower NASIMS profile names, do not match your account names and your BVN.

If your account names, Npower NASIMS dashboard names and your BVN names do not match please you will not be paid.

In order for this issue to be resolved kindly send your Npower ID, correct account names, correct Npower NASIMS dashboard names and BVN (Bank Verification Number) names to support.nasims@nasims.gov.ng or call 01888340, 092203102, 018888148 or 018888189.

If you have been paid for a particular month but subsequently you were not paid please exercise patience you will be paid, all outstanding payments will be carried over as backlogs and all failed payment will also be paid as backlogs.
