Npower: What To Do If You Have Not Received Your Backlog If You Are An Npower Batch A or B Volunteer

If you were not employed under any government agency during your engagement as an Npower Batch A or B volunteer but your payment was mistakenly withheld and you were unable to receive your backlog during your period as an Npower Batch A or B volunteer here is what you should do, go to your state focal person at the Ministry for labour and wealth creation in your state and complain to the focal person at the state government office, print out your payment history before complaining to your state focal person, if you are unable to locate your state focal person try complaining to your district office Human Resources Manager.

As a result of the fact that you are previous Npower volunteer the Npower customer service agent might be concentrating on the new Npower Batch C Volunteer, when you get your call through, just say that you need the contact of the focal person of your state, once the contact of the focal person of your state is given to you through the Npower customer care agent, then quickly lay your complain to the Npower focal person.
