Npower: What To Do If You Have Not Received Your November Stipend

Till date some Npower Batch C Volunteers are yet to receive their November stipend, please if you have not received only November stipend but you have received other stipend, please exercise patience you November stipend will be paid as backlog, their are specific days and periods for backlog payment, the reason for the delay in the November stipend is simply as a result of technical glitches experienced when payment was disbursed, this payment will be reinitiated and the affected Npower Batch C beneficiary will be credited.

If you have not been paid at all, that is you were not paid for September, October, November and even December, please go through your account details on the Npower NASIMS dashboard, cross check if your account names matches the names on your NASIMS profile, also check if your account number and bank name is correct, those are aspects that can hinder an Npower Batch C Volunteer from getting paid, if you notice after checking that some of your account details are not correct like your account names do not match your NASIMS profile names, or you are having incorrect account numbers then please contact Npower customer care representative on 01888340, 092203102
