Npower: You Will Be Paid If Your October And December Payment Status On Npower NASIMS Profile Says "Transfer Failed"

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have not been paid your October and December stipend, you have sent countless emails to Npower at support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and your payment issues still lingers, please do not send another email, as long as you were paid previously September payment in particular please be rest assured that you will be paid.

December payment will be reinitiated periodically until every Npower Batch C Volunteer with December payment issue is paid, while October payment and other outstanding payments will be paid as backlog, Npower Batch C Volunteers having this issue should continue to check their bank account balance for changes and for credit alerts, please avoid checking your payment status, reports have it that some Npower Batch C Volunteers with payment issues had already been paid regardless of what their payment status on Npower NASIMS depicts.

Their are periods and days for backlog and failed payment reinitiation, I repeat as long as you were paid previously you will be paid, alternatively you can put a call through on the following Npower customer service care agent;  01888340, 092203102

018888148 or 018888189 call between 10am and 2pm and your payment issue will be filed and treated, as we speak Npower Batch C Volunteers with failed payment issues have started receiving their payments for December stipend.

Transfer failed simply means you were credited but due to network issue the stipend failed to get to your bank and the transaction was reversed, most failed transfer issues can be reinitiated, payment reinitiation simply means restarting the credit payment process again, once the server of both banks, that is the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigeria Inter Bank Settlement Scheme is stabilised the payment process is reinitiated and the affected NPower Batch C Volunteer's bank is credited and payment is made.
